Position Summary
The Program Coordinator (PC) will devote support and coordinate the activities of the Master of Science in Clinical Research ( MSCR ) Program. This person will assist with the coordination of the administrative, recruitment, communication, dissemination, outreach, and programmatic activities. Also, will serve as a liaison with other programs, offices, departments at MSM , and across partnering institutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree. Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university.
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office along with database software experience; Google Drive, DropBox, Adobe Acrobat Pro. Also experience with various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Job Duties
Description of Job Duty
Provides administrative assistance to support MSCR Program staff; develops, coordinates, and advises staff regarding program activities.
Develops, plans, coordinates, and implements activities including, but not limited to, conferences, workshops, webinars, public events, and other related programs.
Develops and coordinates new ideas and concepts for brochures, social media content, materials, and resources to expand recruitment components.
Direct program correspondences by preparing and reviewing memos, meeting minutes and emails.
Monitors and updates program data on current and past graduates through the administration of evaluations/surveys via REDCap, investigates trends, and recommends and implements modifications to current training program.
Maintains liaison with other programs, offices, and departments at MSM to coordinate program business and to accomplish program objectives; interfaces with external organizations appropriate to ensure cooperative efforts are enhanced and available resources are utilized.
Assists in the preparation of sub-award budgets and grant submissions; monitors, verifies and reconciles invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions.
Schedule meetings with internal and external constituents and participate in internal and external meetings.
Contribute to the organizing and submission of abstracts, manuscripts, and publications.

Immunization Requirements
It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID -19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption. Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain an exemption from MSM will result in rescission of a candidate’s offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
