| Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Assistant (Research) for the Cancer Institute of New Jersey. The primary purpose of the Program Assistant position is to assist the Cancer Institute of New Jersey Cancer Health Equity team with research participant recruitment and data collection. Among other studies, this position will assist with the Personalized Oncology Promoting Equity for Black Lives study (PROPEL). The overarching goal of the study is to compare the efficacy of a relational agent (chatbot) intervention vs. enhanced usual care (EUC) on engagement with genetic education and uptake of genetic testing for hereditary cancer risk among Black cancer survivors.Among the key duties of the position are the following:
