  The Opportunity

  The Adobe Professional Services Sales rep will help grow the Marketo Services business within the assigned territory's focused set of accounts (mainly SMB). The success of this quota-carrying Professional Services role will be determined by the candidate's ability to identify new business opportunities, to grow the business, and to establish new strategic relationships in assigned accounts across several verticals. This role will interact strategically with the License Field Sales team to identify, cultivate, and close on new business.

  What you'll Do

  Adobe PSS to fulfill the role of a trusted advisor in the Enterprise Customer Journey and develop a strategic partnership between Adobe and its Customers.

  Account planning & customer relationship management.

  Drive net new specific services bookings by identifying and closing professional services engagements.

  Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.

  Accountable for driving the negotiation, contracting, and owning approval processes.

  Quickly develop strong, positive relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.

  Opportunity management, of various sales stage and maturity level, by setting right prioritization, and timely and planned follow ups.

  Work with License Field Sales for customer to develop a mutual plan on how Adobe can help them transform their digital business

  Partner closely with internal Sales support team (solution and business architects) to ensure strong/ compelling customer proposals and recommendations

  Collaborate closely with Adobe's delivery team and co-own the development and management of customer relationships within the accounts for successful project execution. Handle customer concerns and issue resolution.

  What you need to succeed

  Proficiency in Japanese Language (minimum JLPT N2 certified)

  8+ years' prior experience in an enterprise-level software consulting or services sales role; this includes a consistent track record for attaining and exceeding annual quota.

  3+ years of experience in working with customer's executive levels of SMBs, as well as various business functions, including IT, Marketing and Sales.

  Knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle, , and ability to identify the risk of project as well as estimating development cost (such as integrating with external business applications) are essential. Experience as professional service sales or sales engineer role, which requires technical knowledge, is preferred.

  Knowledge of Marketing Automation solutions like Marketo/Campaign/Unica/Eloqua/Pardot etc. is an added advantage.

  Ability to rapidly assess Customer environments from a business process, organizational and technological perspective, and optimal communication opportunities for growth.

  Experience working within matrixed teams to identify, detail, and close consulting engagements that bring to bear an enterprise-level SaaS offering.

  Ability to collaborate with License Field Sales to build and execute sophisticated account strategies and sales plays.

  Nurture and develop positive relationships with existing Customers and extend reach within their organizations.

  Ability to Reveal and identify essentials of business issue from customer's vague requirements, and match with Marketo's core value.

  Act as a point of escalation for Customers and License Field Sales on delivery issues and work with Consulting Leadership to find an appropriate resolution.

  Excellent team-building, verbal, and written communication skills as well as reporting and presentation expertise.

  Bachelor's degree with an MBA (preferred)

  PSSの役割

  PSSは,顧客のカスタマージャーニーにおいて信頼できるアドバイザーとしての役割を果たし,アドビとお客様の間の戦略的パートナーシップの構築

  アカウントプランニングとカスタマーリレーションシップマネジメント

  サービスの契約オポチュニティを発掘し,サービスの新たな契約締結を促進

  月間,四半期,年間の売上目標を達成するために,積極的なパイプラインの開拓

  お客様への提案活動,契約交渉,承認プロセスの把握といった活動に責任を持つ

  お客様のニーズやビジネスの目的を理解し,新規および既存のお客様と強固で良好な関係の構築

  様々なセールスステージや成熟度にある多くのオポチュニティを管理し,優先順位を適切に判断しながらタイムリーで計画的なフォローアップの実施

  お客様のビジネス課題をアドビがどのように支援できるか,ライセンスフィールドセールスと協力しながら提案プランを決定

  社内のステークホルダ(ソリューションアーキテクト,ビジネスアーキテクト,カスタマーサクセス等)と緊密に連携し,最適な提案の作成

  デリバリーチームと緊密に連携し,受注後のプロジェクト成功のために顧客関係の構築と管理を行う。また,発生した問題に対して解決に向けた適切な対応が出来る

  成功するために必要なもの

  日本語能力(JLPT N2以上)の認定を受けていること

  8年以上のエンタープライズレベルのソフトウェアコンサルティングまたはサービスセールスの経験があり,年間売上目標を達成した実績があること

  中小企業の顧客のエグゼクティブレベルや,IT,マーケティング,セールスなどの様々なビジネス部門との商談経験が3年以上あること

  エンタープライズソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルに関する知識,プロジェクトのリスクを特定する能力,及び開発コストを見積もる能力(外部ビジネスアプリケーションとの統合など)は必須。特に技術的な知識を必要とするプロフェッショナルサービスの営業やセールスエンジニアの経験者を優遇

  Marketo/Campaign/Unica/Eloqua/Pardotなどのマーケティングオートメーションソリューションの知識があれば尚可

  ビジネスプロセス,組織,技術的な観点から顧客におけるビジネス課題を適切に把握し,顧客の成長のために最適な提案の機会を創出する能力

  顧客内の複数部署が関わる商談で,エンタープライズSaaSを提供するためのコンサルティングサービスを提供した経験を有する
