JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Professional -Customer Inventory Analyst with our client in their Neenah, WI location.This is a 6-month + contract position and will work 100% remotely.Summary: Manage customer inventories in a manner consistent with thecustomer\'s required service level and inventory turn objectives, whilemaximizing supply chain efficiencies. Coordinate customer orderfulfillment to ensure customer expectations are met in cost effectivemanner. Facilitate problem resolution in the order fulfillment processthrough data analyses, system knowledge, supply chain knowledge, andresources. Responsibilities: Provide customers with value addedinventory management service. Represent our client in positive andprofessional manner, as the one face to the customer buyer. Ensureaccurate timely delivery of customer orders. Participate in providingcost effective order fulfillment. Manage superior customer service andinventories to desired level through in-depth technical knowledge,analyses, and review of systems and daily reports. Recognize and addressimpact of actions within supply chain to identify and resolveinefficiencies, within the customer team. Demonstrate ability totransfer technical and systems knowledge across similar customers orwithin the department. Follow the process established for successfulstock replenishment and order fulfillment, while demonstratingunderstanding of tools and systems, and sufficient knowledge of ConsumerSales policies and procedures to maintain internal controls. Identifypotential improvement opportunities, and work with Process, Systems,Consulting and Support Team to research and implement changes. Identifyand communicate discrepancies in promotional forecasts with the Buyer,Business Development Manager and other internal supply chain functions.Continuously strive to provide information to improve sales forecaststhrough collaboration. Carefully manage promotional orders to minimizedistribution costs. Maintain Order Fulfillment systems (Electronic DataInterface, Vendor Managed Inventory, or Co-Managed Inventory) and allfiles (Promotional information, customer processes and scorecards,customer information to ensure successful execution of customerrequirements related to order entry and fulfillment. Provide support toteam members to ensure success in meeting internal and external customerrequirements. Provide superior service to internal and externalcustomers with current information on products, stock availability andchanges to orders, suggesting cost efficient alternative plans whenorders cannot be serviced as requested.
