　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity’s Product Engineering Teams optimize existing products from information or input provided by marketing, customers, Operation Teams, Development Engineers or other employees. They maintain existing products, processes, and specifications including modifications for new applications consistent with manufacturing techniques and economies. They also initiate and implement programs to continuously improve quality, and cost, while meeting customer requirements and may support and implement product extensions to existing platform products to meet specific customer requirements. They are the key experts in the products they are responsible for at TE.

　　TE Connectivity is now hiring an Electrical Assembler / Test Technician at our plant in Fuquay-Varina, NC.

　　The technicians will work a standard schedule of Monday-Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm.

　　Primary responsibilities:

　　Test, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair three phase products (analog relays)

　　Assemble three phase products to customer specifications

　　Complete final quality check against customer's specifications

　　Store, stage, pick, pack and ship out the final product

　　Maintain quality and safety standards

　　Review and fill out documentation; enter data in the systems.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　What your background should look like:

　　High School diploma or equivalent

　　Minimum of 1-3 years experience in electrical / electronics assembly

　　Soldering skills

　　Three phase test experience

　　Ability to speak, read and write English

　　Forklift operating experience is a plus

　　Understanding of inventory controls is a plus

　　COMPENSATION

　　• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $40,960-51,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

　　• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

　　• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
