　　Our Zephyrhills Natural Spring Water has been refreshing Florida for over 50 years. BlueTriton Brands is expanding our team of Machine Operators (Production Technicians) at our Zephyrhills, FL location.

　　Pay: $21.58 / hour

　　Shift differential of .50 cent after 6:00 pm

　　$1500 sign on bonus (payable after 90 days of employment)

　　Schedule

　　12 hour shifts on rotating schedule

　　5:30 pm – 5:00 am or 5:00 am – 5:30 pm (availability to work day or night shift is required)

　　Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

　　Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

　　Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment consisting of fillers, labelers, case packers, and wrappers

　　Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output and other key metrics, performing mathematical calculations as needed

　　Meet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency, production, downtime

　　Ensure quality product is sent to customers by completing hourly quality checks - Inspect raw materials against quality standards before loading raw materials

　　Interact with team members, quality assurance and maintenance to maximize output and efficiency

　　Maintain work area in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and good manufacturing practices are met

　　Work as a team with other Technicians to ensure no line stoppages and improve operations

　　Cross training to perform work on other lines or in other production areas as needed

　　Basic knowledge of blow mold experience.

　　Provide vacation coverage to team members as needed

　　Qualifications

　　Key qualifications include

　　High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience

　　Minimum two years prior experience in production within manufacturing preferred

　　Exposure to high speed production, clean manufacturing or basic maintenance strongly desired

　　Ability to work self-directed and with a team

　　Solid communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team based environment

　　Ability to interact with various internal contacts to manage the flow of work

　　Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus

　　Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency

　　Ability to lift/move 50 lbs and stand on your feet for extended periods of time throughout the day

　　Working under adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature
