Description:

All team members will have the ability to cross-train on the different production lines to gain experience and skills.

　　Daily duties may include:

　　• Inspecting bottles to ensure quality of packaging as bottles proceed through bottling line.

　　• Cleaning bottling lines throughout days production and post production.

　　• Collaborating with team members to ensure packaging meets quality standards.

　　• Examining all items on bottles for component accuracy.

　　• Organizing work area using 5S techniques which include sweeping, mopping, cleaning, cataloging and maintaining the area.

　　• Transferring cases weighing up to 50 pounds to keep production moving.

　　• Assembling knockdown cases as needed.

　　• Operating manual or electric pallet jacks to disperse components and finished goods throughout work area.

　　• Discarding outdated or defective product.

　　• Utilizing compactors to bail cardboard.

　　• Performing additional requests provided by Supervisor to guarantee efficiency.

　　SHIFTS:

　　1st Shift: 5:30am - 4pm

　　2nd Shift: 4:15pm - 2:45am (typically, but may have to stay later)

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

　　• Previous manufacturing experience is required

　　• Knowledge of raw materials, how they are handled, measured, and applied to all processes. And awareness of confined space hazards

　　• Knowledge of equipment and how it is used and maintained within the department.

　　• Ability to take initiative to avoid down time through utilization of time management skills.

　　• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
