This is a 2-2-3 schedule, 6:00pm - 6:30am, and looking for someone preferrably with a background in Food Production Supervision experience. 　　Responsibilities

　　 3+ years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment

　　 At least 1 year or food industry manufacturing experience is strongly preferred

　　 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office suite software or similar programs

　　 At least 1 year of lean manufacturing or six sigma methodology

　　 Effectively manage employees on shift

　　o Monitor daily work performance and on the job training of employees on assigned shift

　　o Lead daily meetings, and provide clear communication on matters pertaining to production

　　o Plan work schedules and assignments, and ensure they are completed within the assigned timeline

　　 Ability to navigate difficult personnel challenges effectively

　　 Demonstrated commitment to employee safety and food safety

　　 Ability to understand technical processes and automated mechanical equipment

　　 Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and manage the work of others

　　 Ability to lead root cause analysis events

　　 Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
