　　Job Description

　　Position Summary

　　Responsible for detailed planning for each operation to include artwork, screen room and manufacturing to meet shipping dates according to customer orders and other dependent demands.

　　Responsibilities

　　Plans the materials for production.

　　Perform daily job order management functions and production scheduling.

　　Draws up schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.

　　Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and labor allocations.

　　Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.

　　Ensure all job orders move through the manufacturing process to meet the assigned ship dates.

　　Assist in the closing of all job orders and resolving any material discrepancies as they arise.

　　Resolve all job order discrepancies with customer service in regard to artwork, packaging, and material availability and job order transactions.

　　Follow through on order management emails and give timely response.

　　Expedite when necessary and work on several reports.

　　Provide truck quotes.

　　Print labels for production when necessary.

　　Work with the warehouse to assure the inventory is delivered to production in a timely manner.

　　Ability to read and interpret sales orders, job orders, and related documents. Ability to convey information to others in a concise, yet thorough manner.

　　Requires basic math skills and the ability to evaluate capacity loading.

　　Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to establish order priorities.

　　Proficiency in Dynamics, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

　　Capability to multi-task and willingness to change.

　　Capability to interact with a wide variety of individuals.

　　Two-year degree preferred.

　　Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

　　Previous experience necessary:

　　List any previous positions that are necessary background experience to qualify for this position.

　　1-2 years of related experience.
