Job Summary

　　If you are a Production Planning professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting role for you! The Production Planner role is under our Flow Controls Business Unit who will monitor the progress and execution of the production plan to ensure the final product meets the customers requirement and resolve any potential issue.

　　In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Support the DVC step up key for AP trade sales

　　Manage Master Production Scheduling for product family assigned.

　　Prepare Sales and Operation Plan (SOP), Monthly Production Plan and Weekly Production Build Plan.

　　Analyze backlog orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan and schedule the production operations.

　　Analyze delays and interruptions accordingly to adjust production schedule to meet customer timelines.

　　Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

　　Determine workforce, equipment and raw materials needed to meet production demand.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　Minimum of 2 – 3 years of proven / related experience from a manufacturing environment.

　　Knowledge on CPIM and MRP

　　Good interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Independent, proactive, and willing to take on challenges.

　　Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

　　Diploma / Degree or any equivalent in Business, Logistics and Supply Chain or any related field

　　Good understanding of Oracle application is an added advantage.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
