　　Our Evansville, IN, location is part of our Meat division, and creates various breading, batter, and coating blends for Kerry brands and customers. 　　What You'll Do

　　Must be able to work any shift

　　$21.82 per hour to start. 1k Sign on Bonus

　　Attention to detail and record keeping

　　Review and plan for the daily production schedule specific to your position

　　Make bases specific to the product quality specifications

　　Must be able to drive a fork truck and use a hand truck to move raw materials

　　Relieve the Cracker Meal Packer and Line Driver for breaks

　　Maintain a clean workspace during production and at the end of the shift

　　Making Safety the highest Priorities

　　All other duties assigned

　　Experience:

　　Strong organizational skills & excellent communication skills are essential.

　　Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job.

　　Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions.

　　Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency and work safely.

　　Ability to drive for excellence in all areas; focus on effective internal relationships.

　　Education:

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Working Conditions

　　Warehouse environment

　　Laboratory environment

　　Ability to work in a confined space environment

　　Physical Requirements

　　Ability kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, climb, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.

　　Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours at a time.

　　Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively on a daily basis.

　　Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments.

　　Ability to work any shift up to 7 days a week.
