Description:
As a part of the team, you will:
Act as production process owner, responsible for execution of all processes related to production.
Manage the product flow, and schedule execution within the organization.
Operational responsibilities to communicate, align, and implement defined strategy while meeting set goals.
Establish all operational policies for proper fabrication and verification of products.
Be involved in the global alignment of operations activities
Lead the successful development of local organization in terms of competence and succession planning according to Alfa Laval Production System.

Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering/Science in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
2 years of production management experience
Experience within an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally a robotics automation plant
Must be at least passport eligible
Experience with AutoCAD design (modifications)
2-3 years of experience from Maintenance/Production/Quality areas.
1-2 years of People Management Experience.
Able to read drawings, blueprints, machine performance reports etc.
Lean or Six Sigma Certifications
