　　Responsibilities:

　　Organizing and controlling the manufacturing processes during serial production for one area and product in our portfolio to satisfy our customers in terms of product quality, delivery time and volume.

　　Supporting other department during samples production for new projects.

　　Leading of the production team within this functional area (tracks, monitors, evaluates the performance of his / her team members).

　　Coordinating the professional activities of the team members and allocate resources to ensure quality results in line with the overall department's strategy.

　　Continuous improvement of the areas’ processes with setting and continuously updating standards.

　　Prepare and monitor the annual planning of resources (human, physical, financial etc.). Ensures the acquisition of these resources and runs regular assessment to optimize them according to the business need and plant strategy.

　　Ensuring all the necessary trainings related to technology, fire-protection and ESH that are required for execution of the production plan.

　　Requirements:

　　Experience at a multinational manufacturing company, preferably within the automotive industry.

　　Fluent English skills (written and spoken).

　　Fluent Hungarian skills (written and spoken).

　　Strong leadership skills (proven experience in a leadership role is an advantage).

　　Experience with Automotive Quality Standards.

　　Knowledge about production and quality management tools eg. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.

　　Technical expertise (quality & production processes, production planning).
