What you’ll do:

　　Responsible for ensuring implementation of prepared production plans and shipment plans; manage the entire production line, monitor quality, quantity & schedule of work, implement company standards and policies, provide technical support to subordinates. Assist Plant Manager in attaining the company’s targeted organizational goals

　　• Lead in developing production strategy and plans towards the attainment of the manufacturing targets;

　　• Review manufacturing performance as against targeted goals;

　　• Initiates programs that would enhance and improve the production objectives especially those pertaining to productivity, quality and environment ;

　　• Coordinate with the different departments as to ensure efficient production flow;

　　• Reviews production plan and hold meeting with production team to sustain delivery targets;

　　• Provide direction & training to subordinates for sustaining improved productivity ,develop production team organizational capability to meet & exceed functional/plant goals

　　• Ensure alignment and compliance of the team with Eaton’s safety, policies, values and ethics

　　• Perform any other tasks as assigned

　　Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor’s degree in a related business field

　　• At least 10 years related business experience in multi-national company

　　Skills:

　　• Vast experience in production preferably in manufacturing set-up

　　• Manufacturing skills, ERP Skills, Microsoft office competencies, communication skill, high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

　　• Proficient in Microsoft office tools

　　• Familiar with ERP system

　　• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

　　• Initiative in challenge and adaptive to ever changing environment
