Industrial Maintenance Technician

　　Description:

　　Candidate will be working independently to repair, fix, troubleshoot, and diagnose maintenance problems. Will be working on different plastics manufacturing machines, doing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical work. May fabricate equipment or parts using welder, cutting torch, shop tools, etc.

　　Mechanical - Replacing and repacking bearings, swapping out pumps and motors, replacing rollers and gears, metal working and attaching machine parts

　　Electrical - Wiring machines, checking voltage and faults, replacing and troubleshooting photo eyes/lasers, switch repairs

　　Hydraulic/Pneumatic - Changing and rebuilding cylinders, replacing seals, replacing cylinders and solenoids, etc

　　Using a laptop to diagnose machine faults- similar to a code reader for a car

　　Skills:

　　maintenance technician, electrical, mechanical, millwright, electric motor, food grade

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　2 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with experience in electrical, hydraulics, machine mechanicsExperience Level:

　　Intermediate Level
