We are hiring 2nd and 3rd shift machine operators. After training, pay starts at $18.36/hour or $21.66/ hour depending on skill level and experience, with shift differential provided for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
$1,000 sign and stay bonus at 6 months and $1,000 at a year.

Principle duties and responsibilities:
Performs all tasks involved in the production of cable/wire. Follows standard work procedures and complies with all safety rules.
Follows Standard Operating Procedures for extrusion operation.
Monitors process as per specifications
Maintains housekeeping requirements
Performs operator Preventative Maintenance Tasks
Maintaining and log all information required supporting traceability and quality
Participate in cross-training activities.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to carry out verbal or written instructions
Ability to meet attendance guidelines
Ability to work overtime (over 36/40 hours in workweek.
Ability to work night shifts, or rotating shift schedule.
Work is regularly performed in factory setting: wood or concrete flooring, noise level usually loud. Due to nature of equipment operation, applicants must be able to concentrate, focus and remain alert for duration of shift.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to Stand 10 hours per day.
Must be able to Walk 2 hours per day approximately 40 ft.
Must be able to Bend frequently
Must be able to Push 19 – 21 lbs frequently
Must be able to Pull 2 – 4 lbs. frequently
Must be able to Reach frequently
Must be able to Lift 10 – 40 lbs placing wire in box at waist level 200-250 times per day
Must be able to Twist frequently
Use hands to grasp - push/pull frequently
