JOB SUMMARY The ProductionLead Person oversees all shift employees and complies with all safety,quality, quantity and housekeeping standards. They will assure that allpersonnel are properly trained and follow all policies and proceduresset forth by Wis-Pak. JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Lead all personneland operations during shift. Perform package and product changeovers.Maintain low cost, high quality production practices. Maintains thoroughknowledge of all processes and equipment. Follow and enforce all Wis-Pakpolicies and procedures. Responsible for meeting production, quality,and quantity standards during shift. Daily updates with following shiftLead and Supervisor. Facilitate and aid other departments. Enforce allsafety standards. Assure proper PPE use. Follow quality assuranceguidelines. Assure proper raw material usage. Monitor all promotionalmaterial usage. Maintain strong and frequent communications withemployees to help prevent errors. Coding, Recycling, GeneralHousekeeping, and Personal Training.
