All training is typically given on-the-job. Perform a variety of production duties: Primary Responsibilities: •Tending to machines and handling products. •Visual sorting, packing, or performing other operations that can be learned on-the-job in a short time. •Uses pallet jacks to move material in the work area. Required Qualifications: •Attention to detail and good organizational skills •Follow verbal instructions •Able to work independently •High School diploma or equivalent •Minimum of 1 year experience in similar position or role •Salary commensurate with skills and experience Physical Requirements: The physical demands and characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. •While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, stoop, hear, use fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms •Standing and walking for extended periods of time (estimated at 8-10 hours per day) •Ascending and descending stairs and/or ladders •The noise level in the work environment is moderate manufacturing noise.
