Position Purpose: Responsible for final inspection of brake shoes and stacking brake shoes onto a pallet Hourly Pay Range: $16.75 - $19.75 Essential Functions: Removes weld spatter and inspects paint coverage Stack shoes onto pallet and fills out part labels Maintains Environmental, Health Safety standards in the workplace Keep work area clean at all times Work in a safe manner at all times Demonstrate dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations Other job duties may be assigned by supervisor Education and Training High school diploma or GED Minimum Qualifications Must be able to read and write Must be able to follow simple instructions Good communication skills Must be able to work independently Ability to work well with others Physical Demands Must be able stand continuously for 8-12 hrs Must be able to lift 25lbs with minimal walking Must be able to bend, twist and lift repetitively Ability to work in tight places Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills Environmental Conditions Ear and Eye protection required at all times in production areas Exposure to a noisy work environment Exposure to hot and humid conditions Steel toe boots with metatarsal guards are required at all timesHendrickson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
