Employee must be able to operate various pieces ofequipment and be prepared to meet production standards andspecifications. Employee is also responsible for the safe and efficientperformance of assigned tasks.

　　1. Must be able to receive written and oral instructions as to specs,procedures, tolerances, and various construction and qualityrequirements.

　　2. Follow standard practices and perform all work necessary to promptlyand accurately obtain quality and quantity production, follow plantSafety policies, Plant policies, Environmental policies, and keep workareas neat, clean and orderly.

　　3. Must be able to effectively communicate with supervision, otherpersonnel, and any supplying department supervision.

　　4. Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor or DepartmentManager
