　　Your Responsibilities

　　As a Product Verification and Validation Engineer for John Deere , located in Horicon, WI (located centrally between Milwaukee, WI and Madison, WI), you will coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects, which vary in complexity from component only to full systems/vehicles of moderate scope. In addition, you will:

　　Operate in a team environment within Product Verification and Validation (PVV) and the design community.

　　Develop and manage comprehensive Product Verification and Validation plans (including VDV, lab, and field), and work with appropriate cross functional teams to complete required activities.

　　Apply technical knowledge to identify and resolve product design weaknesses.

　　Asses the risk of introducing new products by predicting warranty costs and failure per machine using statistical analysis.

　　What Skills You Need

　　1 or more years of experience with off road vehicles, agricultural vehicles, or their attachments.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate meetings, and knowledge sharing.

　　Experience planning and executing multiple tasks to project goals and milestones.

　　Demonstration of being a self-directed individual with excellent organizational, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.

　　Ability to interpret, analyze, and present technical information using practical judgment.

　　What Makes You Stand Out

　　Experience with one or more: analysis, design, or product testing.

　　Knowledge of Riding Lawn Equipment products or Utility Vehicles and their applications.

　　Knowledge of John Deere systems (NCCA, Vision, MASA, etc.).

　　Demonstrated understanding of product reliability goals, reliability growth, and reliability prediction.

　　Military experience.

　　Bilingual in Spanish and English.

　　Education

　　Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
