　　As MISO’s Resource Adequacy and System Planning Product Owner , you will actively seek creative, innovative solutions to improve our products. Facilitate a collaborative environment where developers and business stakeholders trust and efficiently work together to build valuable products. You’ll provide guidance in assessing product opportunities and risks. You’ll identify the root causes of problems and bring meaningful solutions to the table. Set plans for the teams each quarter and manage backlogs to streamline the execution of priorities.

　　In one year as our Product Owner , you will know you were successful if:

　　You’ve built positive relationships through collaboration with other business leaders to prioritize the sequence of software development for the team

　　Business requirements from subject matter professionals are communicated clearly resulting in smooth Agile ceremonies and low rework from software developers

　　The software development team demonstrates the ability to timely estimate and deliver efforts requested by the business

　　You’ve contributed to the vision, roadmap, and return on investment

　　We are looking for hardworking professionals who:

　　Understand and is regularly involved in the development pipeline maturation process

　　Have facilitated an environment where developers and business partners trust and efficiently work together

　　Are familiar working with Agile software development methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP)

　　Have a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience

　　Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
