Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in analytics. Preferred qualifications: Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives or business transformation projects while managing and developing other individuals.
Experience enabling strategic long-lasting, trusted vendor relationships. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, global, consumer-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
Excellent creative problem-solving approach and analytical skills.

The Business Operations team within the Strategy and Operations organization empowers the business to grow and optimize by driving structured processes, business performance, and operational excellence to help Privacy, Safety and Security (PSS) keep everyone safe at scale.
In this role, you will drive the operating model for a cross-Google product and engineering business. You will contribute towards helping PSS run efficiently and effectively through data insights and analytics to power effective decision making. You will provide direct global extended workforce management services and help lead a shared operational service to reduce toil, manual efforts, and costs of employees across PSS and other product areas. You will also provide program management across PSS and Google on work related to privacy and security reviews, business process optimization, and vendor management.

Responsibilities
Identify and implement operational efficiencies (e.g., manage utilization, eliminate non-productive activities, cross-site synergies, cross-operations synergies, reduce sub-scale operations via service consolidation, automation, deprecation). Contribute to developing program roadmap, establishing program goals, coordinating resources to achieve long-term goals with direction from leadership where needed. Develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems. Own strategic programs such as ROI analytics and execution in partnership with vendors. Provide data-based insights that support decision making and help define, land, and execute on our key strategic priorities for the PSS organization. Collect and clean data from a variety of sources, including but not limited to financial data, product data, industry data, ROI measurement, portfolio analysis.
