　　Responsibilities

　　Ensure the smooth transition of the product portfolio to meet customer needs and manage company inventory in close coordination with supply chain and sales

　　Develop product strategy to drive standardization

　　Oversee coordination of all product development responsibilities

　　Define and manage a 3-5 year forward looking product roadmap

　　Establish key customer insights and represent the Voice of the Customer, utilizing qualitative and quantitative research. Provide guidance and direction to Engineering to maximize customer value.

　　Actively participate in monthly S&OP forecasting processes

　　Assist cross-functional partners in development and adjustment of relevant demand forecasts based on market dynamics

　　Lead the development of New Product launch plans through sales and marketing resource alignment.

　　Support related tradeshows, customer events, sales meetings

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Skills

　　Product development (7 years of experience is required)

　　Analytical Thinking (5 years of experience is preferred)

　　Excellent communication

　　MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (5 years of experience is required)

　　OEM customer base (3 years of experience is preferred)
