Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Typically 10 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
Typically 5 years of experience building and managing cloud/SaaS products, platforms, or security services, and in people management, with technical leadership.
Experience managing technical projects in software engineering.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with developing scaleable architectures using API management, microservice frameworks, container orchestration, and PaaS (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry), or other applicable platforms (e.g. Serverless).
Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence.
Experience with cloud-native software development methodologies and tools to support application development/deployment stages including CI/CD.
Strong functional understanding of cloud and data center topologies, enterprise and mobile security, cloud identity, automation/design techniques, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication skills that drive impact at scale.

Responsibilities
Serve as product management leader for all Google Kubernetes Engine European-driving engineer work.
Interface with key customers including establishing strong relationships with customer executives, engaging with customer advocates to drive roadmapdecisions, supporting business opportunities, and handling issues.
Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define the strategy and roadmap to capitalizeon the market leadership that GKE has established.
Build consensus around that strategy internally and externally, simplifying complexity and aligning cross-functional teams.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers' environments, unmet needs, and priorities, and work with Engineering and UX to build a set of capabilities that see wide adoption among the customer base and a very high degree of satisfaction.
