　　The Business Integrity team's mission is to uphold ethical advertising on TikTok, and we're looking for teammates who are passionate about fostering best faith business practices toward our global audience.

　　Product Managers in Business Integrity will be part of an experienced team, working alongside experts in engineering, data science, operations and policy. At the same time, new team members will also be joining an initiative that has only just gotten started--we have far more questions than answers--even as new challenges appear each day. Thus, candidates must be hungry for perspective when forming their product hypotheses, but also relentless in driving those hypotheses toward tangible results.

　　Responsibilities

　　- Define business problems, goals and product solutions of TikTok ads Integrity that keeps our users from violated ads

　　- Design strategies that can better balance the goal of risk control and revenue growth

　　- Learn from users' feedback, case analysis and measurements to find new opportunities

　　- Continuously incorporate cross-functional teams and drive the team's success

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor's degree or above

　　- 3+ years experience in product management, having launched at least one product from 0-1 (this does not include total years of experience)

　　- Experience building solutions addressing content quality or authenticity a plus

　　- Experience building solutions based on artificial intelligence or machine learning

　　- Experience working side-by-side with engineers

　　- Experience synthesizing data both quantitative and qualitative to inform product decisions

　　- Outstanding interpersonal skills communicating both in person and in writing

　　- Ability to influence without authority

　　- Intellectual humility, honesty and curiosity
