　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Manage product feature lifecycle from discovery to launch

　　Envision and design experiences that delight customers. Author detailed, crisp requirements and user stories for these experiences.

　　Technical proficiency and familiarity with APIs, SaaS and developer tools.

　　Work closely with design and engineering, clearly articulate requirements, collaboratively develop innovative solutions and provide strategic direction and oversight to development teams

　　Provide market and company-specific research, evaluation of the partnerships that fill capability gaps in our product catalog

　　Engage with customers and partners, both directly & indirectly, through workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives to identify customer needs and pain points. Help refine product roadmaps based on the learnings.

　　Define the product strategy and vision by gathering detailed inputs from cross-functional stakeholders and market and competitive research. 

　　Track product performance and metrics

　　Build consensus among cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decision-making within senior-level audiences, and driving management team decisions

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　5-8 Years experience in successful product/ feature ownership and delivery or have experience in an adjacent role (development, technical sales)

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive

　　No ego approach with a roll-up the sleeves mentality - no task is too small for the right outcome

　　Experience in PM tools such as Aha, Jira, Github

　　Experience with Automation tools such as Ipaas, Workflow, RPA, Decision management
