　　The TikTok Global search product team aims to create a globally well-received search engine, based on its unique content ecosystem. It involves leveraging advanced technologies such as large language models for content generations, feature design, optimization of search result quality, and enhancement of search effectiveness. We're looking for Talented Product Managers to join our US product team.

　　Responsibilities

　　- Overall responsible for US search product vision, strategy and roadmaps to create an industry-leading search product experience.

　　- Define clear and precise objective metrics and subjective evaluation criteria to best represent searching performance and formulate reasonable strategies and execution dynamically.

　　- Corporate with global functional team to drive the product vision, define product requirement and development.

　　- Incorporate with market trends, data, analysis to explore innovative form of search products.

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of product management experience. Search product related experience is preferred.

　　- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

　　- Data-sensitive, capable of in-depth data interpretation.

　　- Excellent in communication and project management, able to work under pressure and solve complex problems

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $250000 - $380000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
