　　Good understanding of Inverter Hardware & Key Systems Interactions Extensive knowledge of key attributes (Range / Fuel Economy, NVH, EMC) and key hardware elements (Weight, Cost) Experience working with supplier market tests, working with Client Planning and Purchasing Proven people leading skills to guide team of engineers to achieve flawless deliveryExcellent communication, instructing, presentation, including to senior management Broad interpersonal skills, enabling team facilitation and effective interfacing with multi-functional teamsExperience Required:

　　5 years experience in Electrified SystemsEducation Required:

　　BSME or BSEEEducation Preferred:
