We are currently seeking atalented and experienced Product Engineer to join our Delavan, WI team.As a product engineer, you will play a key role in designing,developing, and improving our products. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highestquality, functionality, and reliability standards. You Will: New productdevelopment, product line expansions, product enhancement, overall costimprovements and existing product maintenance. Work with across-functional team to design and implement those ideas using CADmodels, drawings, product cost estimates, material and productstandards, bill of materials, prototyping, and testing of products. Costreduction of existing products through part design, material selection,and process improvements. Support production operations as requiredthrough processing engineering change request, deviations, andmanufacturing issues. Meet with vendors when needed to review allrelated product issues, materials, and costs. Key Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in engineering required. 3+ years of experience in aproduct engineer or similar role. Design and development focus withexperience/knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, or water treatment a plus.Good project management skills are essential. Experience with finiteelement analysis and computational fluid dynamics a plus. Knowledge ofSAP business systems is desirable. Knowledge of CAD programs includingSolidWorks is desirable.
