　　We are looking to add a Product Engineer to our team full time in Wayne, Nebraska. We are looking for someone who can come in and translates sales or customer specifications (designs) into mechanical drawings for mass production. you will generates 3D models and drawings for final fabrication and production assemblies and revises BOM and Drawings per Specifications and generate Bills of Material for MRP system. There will be leadership capabilities and autonomy where you will provides technical assistance related to product design, be pushed to ask questions and suggests product specifications to Sales Department, and proposes and suggests important engineering issues to the head of the engineering teams. This is a new product design centric role where you will be able to come in and have customer interface to understand a need and be able to take your creative will to come up with a solution!

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology

　　1-3 years experience or Bachelors degree

　　Skills: High level of creativity, sound judgment, technical knowledge, excellent communication and decision making skills required.

　　Knowledge of computers, measuring instruments such as gauges, test rigs, etc.

　　Software knowledge (AutoCAD, CATIA, SmarTeam, Word, Excel, Outlook).

　　Ability to adapt to evolving MRP/ERP system implementations.
