　　Farmer Brothers is in the middle of huge Business Transformation, and we are looking for a self motivated, passionate, detail oriented Process Analyst to play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of business processes across the organization and will have the ability to translate processes into functional and technical requirements. We are looking for you to bring excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, end users, and IT teams, to identify, analyze, and document innovative IT solutions.

　　Responsibilities

　　Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for IT projects and initiatives.

　　Create process maps and flowcharts to illustrate current and future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

　　Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights into business performance and support data driven decision making.

　　Work with IT development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and contribute to the design of IT solutions.

　　Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

　　Develop and execute test plans for IT solutions, working closely with end users to ensure that systems meet business requirements.

　　Support the implementation of IT solutions by providing training, documentation, and assistance with change management activities.

　　Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, recommending and implementing changes to enhance business operations.

　　Execute small to moderate sized projects and/or lead components of larger projects and programs.

　　Education & Experience

　　Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, or a related discipline

　　5+ years of Experience as IT Business Analyst, with strong understanding of business processes and IT Systems

　　Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

　　Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques

　　Food Service and Manufacturing experience is a plus.

　　Self starter that is resourceful in achieving results.
