　　We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist  to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. 

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners

　　Provides information to customers about medications and their use

　　Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service

　　Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy

　　Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy

　　Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

　　Required Qualification:

　　Current pharmacist license in state of FloridaIf the hired individual resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting) this position requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all clinicians that have direct face to face contact with members OR employees who will have access to confidential patient data and will require renewal every five years.
