　　WHAT YOU'LL DO:

　　Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

　　Expertise. Be the foremost expert and go-to resource for all test automation matters.

　　Guidance . Provide guidance to team members on test automation best practices, ensuring the ongoing maintenance and improvement of standards.

　　Stay Informed. Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies in the market, binging back knowledge and insights to enhance our processes further.

　　Inspire . Influence and guide the team toward adopting best practices and habits that enhance both code and product quality.

　　TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

　　You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

　　10+ years of experience in automation testing for large enterprises

　　5+ years of experience with JavaScript technologies: React, Angular, and Vue.js

　　5+ years' experience with Java technologies: Java, Spring, and Hibernate

　　5+ years' experience with test automation tools such as: Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Jenkins, JUnit, etc.

　　Skilled in testing fundamentals with expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and API testing

　　Adept in GIT or other distributed version control systems

　　Comprehensive grasp of microservices based architecture.

　　Competent with API testing tools

　　Through understanding and experience on build CI and CD

　　Acquainted with static code analysis tools.

　　Comfortable unit IntelliJ or similar IDEs

　　Exceptional communication abilities, capable of elucidating intricate technical ideas to a varied audience

　　Dedication to instigating change and cultivating innovation, in harmony with our organizational mission of being a proactive influence.

　　Enthusiasm for collaborating with the broader ADP engineering community to establish shared tooling and practices with organization impact.

　　Robust problem-solving skills, ensuring the delivery of inventive solutions for our customers without compromise.
