　　This role will be a key part of Philippine Galleys finance team.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Leads the development of the 5-year strategic plan, annual operating plan (AOP), monthly forecasts and actuals.

　　Coordinates with sister site (UK) on the 5-year financial plan, forecasts, and actual results.

　　Forecasts and actual HFM supplemental.

　　Reviews metrics on revenue recognition and shipments.

　　Analyzes financial statements – income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.

　　Monitors and provide guidance to Operations on key metrics (e.g., Inventory, Operations and Delivery Assurance, CPH, NITO, Utilization).

　　Reviews on Overhead spend, Headcount and BS reflux.

　　Responsible in the intercompany re-charge.

　　Supports Audit requirements.

　　Ensures compliance with RTX and Collins financial policies.

　　Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well being of self and others.

　　Handles other Finance tasks as assigned.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any Finance related course.

　　Minimum of 5 years Cost Accounting or FP&A experience.

　　Experience working in a manufacturing set-up.

　　Leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

　　Understanding of Over-time Revenue Recognition is an advantage

　　Strong presentation skills.

　　Keen attention to details.
