Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the TeamAs a member of our diverse and skilled North America Presales team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's Planning and Consolidation applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this team's job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the planning and consolidation functions can be transformed in the office of the CFO and CHRO. This team sits at the intersection of our Sales, Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.About the RoleWorkday is looking for a Solution Consultant with Planning and Consolidation expertise in one or more of these strategic industries - Healthcare, Higher Education, and/or Public Sector to join our Planning Presales team. Our team demonstrates next generation SaaS applications. You will use your in-depth product and industry knowledge to provide FPandA, Workforce Planning, xPandA, and consolidation expertise to the sales team and customers. You will lead discovery workshops with prospective customers to uncover business requirements and value. You will provide authoritative overview and deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Workday Adaptive Planning. You will conduct executive-level presentations and provide trusted advice and mentorship as a planning subject matter expert. We also assist in responding to RFPs, participate in Workday events such as webinars, customer forums, and industry conferences and tradeshows.About YouBasic Qualifications10+ years of experience working with enterprise applications5+ years in planning and consolidation presales, or as a planning practitioner, and/or other relevant experience in one or more of the following industries - Healthcare, Higher Education, and/or Public Sector 2+ years presenting to C-Level executives2+ years of Financial Planning and Reporting industry experience in Healthcare, Higher Education, and/or Public Sector Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, and/or related field or equivalent work experience Other QualificationsAbility to prioritize multiple projects individually as well as working cross-functionallyOutstanding and dynamic presentation skills Value based selling experienceOutstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, talking to and selling to the office of the CFO specificallyPrevious presales experience with a Solution/Software company preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel up to 50% We offer an excellent benefits package that includes company holiday days, unlimited vacation, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k) match, health care, employee assistance, fitness program, family support and many other benefits.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locati ns are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
