　　Position Overview

　　We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our CER (Customer Error Report) team. The mission of the team is to keep modernizing the CER components and services with the latest Web, Cloud, AI/ML, and data analysis technologies to better serve the internal customers across product lines, across divisions, and across all disciplines within the company.

As as a Software Development Engineer on this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with team members globally to ensure excellent quality product deliveries by applying strong software development and DevOps skills.

　　Responsibilities

　　Architect and develop new features of backend and front-end of CER System

　　Design and develop scalable, reliable, secured, and easy to maintain backend systems

　　Work closely with architects, product owners, and others to drive towards a common vision and goal

　　Lead and mentor team to follow software engineering standards, including efficiency, quality, security, resiliency, and other best practices

　　Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize for scalability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness

　　Collaborate with a distributed team and stakeholders

　　Be a passionate and empathetic advocate of architecture, design, and software engineering principles

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MS in Computer Science or a related degree a plus)

　　8+ years working experience in software development, CI, Automation or related job

　　Strong programming skills in Python or C++ Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization framework

　　Strong knowledge about AWS or Azure and software engineering infrastructure

　　Familiarity in AI/ML is preferred

　　Exceptional communication skills and the ability to converse fluently with many audiences including product managers, customers, and software engineers

　　Curiosity to understand problems, think critically, and create solutions

　　Remote collaboration skills to work effectively on a distributed team

　　Flexibility under changing conditions and ability to multi-task between projects

　　Experience with growth, learning, and mentoring others

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills
