The PAE is a project management-oriented role where project performance management is a top priority. The Principal Project PAE reports directly to the Senior PMO Manager. The Principal PAE manages the control accounts where technical scope, schedule, and budget are integrated. The Principal PAE will work closely with the Natrium PAEs to drive efficient work processes providing accurate and consistent data.ResponsibilitiesMentor, train and lead the PAE discipline in project management processes (planning, scheduling, cost management and reporting).Provide oversight and lead coordination efforts between the Project Leadership, the PMO, and the PAE discipline.Assist the organization with the development and implementation of efficient work processes, tools, and best practices.Provides continuous guidance and mentoring to other Natrium PAEs to ensure streamlined communication, processes, efficiency, and alignment.Work with project controls to monitor the schedule health and analyze the schedule.Work with scheduling teams and coordinate efforts between PAEs and Sr Managers to ensure logic ties between disciplines and/ or systems is clearly understood.Closely monitor performance and report on project performance. Set expectations and drive consistent practices across the PAE discipline for identification and analysis of cost and schedule variances, determination of root cause(s), and development of corrective actions. Lead and monitor recovery plans and progress.Provide guidance and training on variance analysis & reporting.Coordinate with required stakeholders to identify and manage forecast changes, manage EACs and assist in updating the project EAC.Primary point of contact for Project Change Notices - leading the analysis and signing off PCNs as a Natrium program management representative.Provide guidance and training on project change management processes.Lead PAE discipline in gathering inputs and providing guidance through project planning and scheduling efforts.Organize and conduct management reviews, as necessary.Monitor and analyze outstanding open commitments.Lead PAE discipline mana
