One that connects our customers to their world.Responsibilities:Partner with marketing, internal/external stakeholders and leadership to align on a high-level product strategy.Maintain product roadmap of quarterly deliverables to support product strategy.Own delivery on product roadmap end to end, including writing product requirements documents (PRDs), translating them into JIRA stories incorporating feasibility and usability input from engineering and design, and participating in sprint ceremonies including daily standups to support execution.Provide final approval before deployment of significant customer impacting platform and mobile app changes.Dive deeply into technical troubleshooting, including reviewing operational data when necessary, to keep the team on track.Design and drive end user product research.Dedicate time to customers, actively meeting with them to build deeper empathy and understand their needs and priorities.Use your own product(s) on a weekly basis.Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root cause of issues, then assess opportunity size and impact.Anticipate industry trends, direction, innovation, potential impacts or opportunities to customers and/or product, and incorporate analyses into product process.Communicate, influence, and sell ideas at VP level and below.
