The OpportunityThis is the team that made the case for applying a SaaS business model to ourperpetual products - a move that has been credited with driving our recordhigh stock price. We're a high visibility group responsible for makingstrategic recommendations that have a significant financial impact. As such,the right candidate will find this to be a great foundation for growth and anoutstanding opportunity to have a material impact on the business!We are a small, highly leveraged team that defines monetization strategy forthe entire company. Our role is to influence the product roadmap to drivesignificant growth in revenues, profits, and stock price for Adobe.We do this by driving initiatives that optimize new and existing offerings viaproduct configuration, product line determination, offer structure, andpricing. What You'll Do:Drive team success through improvement of product usage reporting andenablement of sales and services teams.Develop and present business cases that articulate the strategy andreturn-on-investment to executive partners.Collect, standardize, and analyze empirical data (sales, usage,etc.) across Adobe's portfolio of product offerings.Enable sales and services teams on availability and proper usage of data setsto ensure customers receive accurate product usage reporting on a timely basisBuild customer facing reports and data sets as needed by account teamsMaintain and coordinate the back end of product usage reporting, ensureharmony between the contract lifecycle and reportingDevelop and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research.Drive team success using AI and automation tools to scale usage reporting andcustomer adoption.What you need to succeedWe are looking for an analytical minded individual with high initiative, astrategic approach and quantitative talent.Experience leading medium to large initiativesThe ability to simplify the sophisticated, quickly define core problem andframe the solution approach.Attention to detail balanced by comfort with ambiguity.Excellent deck-writing, presenting, and upward-influencing skills.Strong EQ and leadership ability.Flexibility to prioritize with changing requirements.Experience driving consensus in a large matrixed organization is an advantage.Background in data analysis, critical initiatives, project management,and SQL are all big pluses.Most successful candidates will have 5-7 years of relevant work experience.MBA preferred, or equivalent business experience.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographicmarkets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. payrange for this positionis $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Paywithinthis range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-relatedknowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total targetcompensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentivesare in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salariesare expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the nnual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in theform of a new hire equity award.
