The Dynamics 365 AI Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team is on a mission to re-imagine business applications leveraging AI and Copilot. We are growing the team to keep up with the demand of our growing service and to meet our aspirations. The Dynamics 365 Product Management team is responsible for the product strategy across our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) portfolio of solutions. The team also orchestrates execution of the strategy, in close collaboration with the engineering, marketing and sales teams.
We are looking for a Principal Procurement Product Manager who possesses a diverse skill set, including business strategy and market development, to lead our product development efforts. You will be a key driver of our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
Own and deliver a coherent, inspiring growth plan for Dynamics 365 SCM, with focus on Procurement and Manufacturing.
Act as subject matter expert in these areas including staying abreast of latest industry standards, best practices, regulatory requirements, and research in cloud ERP technologies to ensure our products and services remain at the forefront of the industry.
Resolve complex alignment issues, contribute to portfolio-level solutions, and drive clarity across functional groups, including sales, product marketing, business planning, and partner engagement.
Take on ad hoc tasks as needed to be the ‘connective tissue’ where needed to drive growth (e.g., end to end processes, IP acquisition and its integration, sales enablement).
Promote growth and adoption of Dynamics 365 AI Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SCM, to be the best in class ERP in Source to Pay.
Evangelize the Dynamics 365 growth story internally (e.g., to Executive audiences, field sales staff, technical support, engineering) as well as externally (e.g., to our Partners, customers and industry analysts).
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development in the fields of Procurement and Manufacturing.
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business value proposition and products, and business strategy and market development expertise with deep analytical and business modeling skills.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in establishing effective relationships and presenting to industry analysts, including Gartner and IDC.
Management Consulting and/or corporate/business unit strategy experience.
Demonstrated product thought leadership with technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly understand service capabilities, technical issues, and customer needs.
Have a track record delivering across geographies and across organizational boundaries in a highly matrixed model and sustaining partnerships within and outside the organization.
Capability to influence and contribute to decision-making processes, bring clarity to ambiguity, and interface with customers, partners and senior executives.
Familiarity with Microsoft productivity, infrastructure, and analytics product portfolio
Proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills with technical proficiency and strategic thinking.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements.
Occasional travel is expected in this role.
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
