　　Job Overview:

　　Prepare and develop arrangement and detail conceptual, FEED, studies, and detail design drawings of high technical quality and professional consistent presentation ensuring clarity and ease of construction. Develop 3D models and ensure clash free with all other disciplines. Ensure design deliverables are completed and issued per project specifications, MOR and project Level 2 & 3 procedures, and within agreed schedules and budgets. Apply knowledge and/or skills to a range of activities. Set priorities, organize own work and time to meet objectives, and (as Lead Designer) forecast and plan resource requirements.

　　Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

　　Produce design inputs (like Nozzle orientation and pipe loads, Support cleats/clips in 2D) to Mechanical, Civil and relevant departments.

　　Preparation of Platform arrangement & detailed drawing.

　　Involved piping design for pumps, Tanks, Chute and other mechanical equipment’s

　　Preparing preliminary pipe routing for Initial MTO taken with respect to Equipment Layout and P&ID.

　　Preparation of Foundation guidance drawings

　　Preparation of Proposal for Engineering Task for Post Commissioning Work

　　Preparation of Piping Schematic mark-up for Small bore Piping installation

　　Preparation of Land aggregation Layout to assist solar power

　　Planning Utility station and Eyewash/Safety shower location.

　　Checking of Isometrics (P&ID Check, Line Routing, Support Check, Special requirement check etc.)

　　Coordination with inter departments. · Coordinate sequence and plan the mechanical and piping work to avoid interferences with other disciplines while meeting project schedule

　　Preparation of Overall Site Layout for recycled containerboard paper mill & Box Plant (showing Truck Movement, Trailer Parking, Car Parking, Roads, Pavements, landscaping details etc.) [2]

　　Preparation of Piping Layout and Section detail Drawings (Greenfield & Brownfield), Piping Isometrics & support detail drawings for Pipes & Equipment’s.

　　Reviews vendor documents and drawings.

　　Preparation of demolition Mark-up on isometric drawing & Equipment Layout drawing.

　　Preparation of OSBL Pipe Schematic Layout.

　　Coordination between Team members & Team Leader.

　　Get the Deliverables from team members and checked them with in the Promised time, de-livered them with quality to the client & Track progress of installation against the schedule.

　　Preparation of Manhours Report (Detailed & Consolidated) by Monthly basis

　　Conducting 3-D model review with client and other discipline(30%,60% & 90%)

　　Essential Qualifications and Education:

　　5-8 yrs experiences

　　Equipment modelling and piping modelling using 3D software like SP3d & Autoplant 3D.

　　Capable to do support modelling

　　Good knowledge of 2D drafting skill and able produce piping deliverables (like isometrics and GAD) using 3D software
