We are looking for a strategic leader with super-powers driving scaling critical bodies of work to join the Entertainment PXT team that supports Amazon Music, Audible, Games, Prime Video and Studios (PVS), and Twitch. This role partners directly with central teams and the Entertainment PXT senior leadership team and requires a self-starter with excellent writing skills, that is also a strong, innovative thinker with a proven record of creating and implementing strategic plans focused on short-term wins and long-term gains, influencing multi-functionally, prioritizing quickly and effectively, and executing flawlessly by insisting on the highest standards in a dynamic environment.You will interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business and centrally and are responsible for implementing and iterating programs and processes, communication cadences, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate is someone with a demonstrated history of successfully owning and managing large, complex org-wide workplace strategy workstreams and engaging with cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders, directly and through influence, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, has a strong attention to detail, is motivated by a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable thinking big and diving deep.
