The Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Digital group manages customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities serving Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking customers. The Digital Capabilities group leads product development for core shared services across access and authorization, customer communication tools, and front-end enablement. We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Digital Product Manager to help enable our access and authorization strategy and roadmap. As a seasoned product manager, you will help establish clear business outcomes that support our customer journeys.
In this role, you will:Act as a top subject matter expert for customer access and authorization capabilities within the digital environmentLead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant development and execution of digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact across multiple areas or the enterpriseEnable solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and deliver best-in-class access and authorization capabilities via advanced access control mechanisms, innovative authentication methods, progressive profiling, and a unified identity experienceCoordinate highly complex activities which require in-depth knowledge of customer identity and access management, authentication, and user-level entitlementsProvide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding digital strategyInfluence, digital strategy for the business line or enterprise that significantly impacts the organization's business and financial operationsStrategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterpriseServe as an expert advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications, US:10+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plansExperience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processesStrong knowledge of CIAM principles, methodology, and technologies such as SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, JWT, OIDC, MFAPrevious experience and knowledge with related 3rd party CIAM solutions and platformAbility to articulate complex technical concepts or scenarios to both technical and non-technical audiencesJob Expectations:Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week.Pay Range
