Work as a team, sharing all aspects of caseload responsibilities,to include but not limited to: conducting intakes, writing courtletters, obtaining essential court case information, ongoing CCAPchecks, treatment updates, meeting with participants, and staffingcases. Conduct, record and log alcohol and/or random drug screens. Makeany necessary treatment referrals and monitor progress in treatment.Draft accurate and complete written reports to the court to includeup-dated progress as well as non-compliance reports. Maintain accurateparticipant records to include detailed documentation of all contactswith participants, referrals made and all pertinent information relatedto all pending cases, including the collection of program fees. Assistwith drug testing coverage in the Waukesha Court Service Programs asrequired, specifically willing to adjust work schedule to cover programneeds. Weekend drug and preliminary breath testing as scheduled,Saturdays 7:00am-10:00am. (approx. 1x/2mos) Assist with managing thelobby when coverage is needed.
