Description

　　Hiring line operators in Godly, Texas. Candidates will be responsible for filling chargers/pressers (cone like shell) with ammunition powder that will go into perforated guns for the oil field. Some candidates might be sitting at a machine weighing out powder, some will be standing, weighing out powder and using the manual machine to fill the charger. Candidates should be aware they might be standing for 12 hours.

　　ability to lift 30lbs - ability to stand for 10 hours - high school diploma-. Manufacturing experience is definitely preferred, however we have had some success with candidates who come from retail, healthcare, etc. More than anything we are hiring for behaviors…. Good work ethic, not a lot of job hopping (month(s) to month(s) is more of a red flag than year to year), dependability and the ability to respond well to instruction from leadership, working well within a team.
