What you'll bring to the team... :

Execute recruiting and calling campaigns for new and experienced tax professionals

Recruit for the HR Block Income Tax Course

Coordinate and assist with interviews for Receptionists and Associate Team Leaders

Support tax office associates in meeting continuing education requirements, increasing certification levels (including Small Business certifications), and Client Care training

Plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses

Assist in execution of Ready to Serve activities

Your Expertise:

Prior related retail supervisor experience, or equivalent

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead and influence

Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn and master other computer applications quickly

Desire to develop others along the HR Block career path

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
