Your key responsibilities

Map Premix market to find new customers, white space, room to increase penetration to strengthen dsm-firmenich premix solution leading position.

To search for new customers, new business and promote innovation. Work closely with regional and global formulation team to launch new solution, new ingredients and new forms.

To lead project as project manager when approaching customer, promoting new solution, generate project plan and report on regular base.

Development and implementation of Business Development Plans as whole picture to drive opportunity mature.

To inform management about relevant market data such as: customer development phases/price strategy and/or actions; product demand; support needed, etc.

To deliver commercial presentations aiming to improve customer knowledge of DSM-FIRMENICH products as well as to further develop DSM-FIRMENICH branding.

To acknowledge and strictly follow SHE policy in all activities.

You bring

Minimum 5 years of experience in nutrition industry, premix industry or similar industry.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in food science/technology or related field.

Knowledge of industry and markets, in depth know-how about products and/or applications.

Balance of commercial and technical knowledge, skills and experience.

Clear English communication skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
