Summary You will serve as a PPV QUALITY SUPPORT/ASSURANCE SPECIALIST in the ASSET MANAGMENT BUSINESS LINE of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will investigate complaints from residents relative to service, damages, property loss and other matters. You will prepare written documentation analyzing adverse quality trends or conditions to recommend appropriate corrective actions. You will schedule Quality Assurance and Performance Assessments based on project work schedule. You will review, assess and resolve construction, design and maintenance issues for Public Private Venture (PPV) housing units and ancillary facilities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring an organization follows established policies, codes, regulations, and requirements for the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of projects;2) Working with other professionals to solve issues and challenges involving real estate, community planning, land development, architecture, facilities engineering, construction management, and housing management;3) Interpreting and making recommendations for enforcement and amendments to portions of Business Agreements; and4) Developing and executing Quality Assurance and Performance Assessment Plans and reports.
