Position: The Power BI Develop will be responsible for the development, management, and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards, integrated with Azure services including Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and Data Bricks. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in DAX, Python, Synapse notebooks, and Spark languages contributing to effective data management and reporting solutions. 　　MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

　　Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or equivalent work experience.

　　Proven experience developing reports using Power BI Developer with expertise in DAX queries, data visualization, gateways, content packs, and connectors.

　　Experience integrating Power BI reports with Azure services including Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and Data Bricks

　　Expert level experience creating different visualizations with Slicers, Lines, Pies, Histograms, Maps, Scatter, Bullets, Heat Maps, Tree maps, etc.

　　In-depth experience with Power BI including Data cleaning, Modelling, and visualization.

　　Experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques in data analytics.

　　Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

　　Quick learner, self-motivated and can work independently.

　　SCOPE OF SERVICES:

　　Build effective and visually pleasing dashboards and reports to represent the story to answer those business questions with the help of data.

　　Analyze data and present information through informative visuals and reports to aid decision-making.

　　Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and collaborate with the data team to resolve them.

　　Collaborate with various departments within the client to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

　　Stay updated with the latest trends in BI technologies to continually improve the organization's data intelligence capabilities.

　　Provide technical assistance and training to Power BI users within the client to promote effective use of BI tools.
